Certains parents d\u00e9noncent quand \u00e0 eux un manque d\u2019\u00e9coute et de personnalisation dans le syst\u00e8me scolair<\/strong>e. Les cours ne s\u2019adaptent pas au rythme de chacun et l\u2019enseignant n\u2019a pas le temps de s\u2019occuper efficacement de chacun de ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9cision de suivre l\u2019Instruction<\/strong> en Famille peut venir autant de l\u2019enfant<\/strong> que des parents. Il est \u00e0 vous de savoir quel syst\u00e8me sera le plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 votre enfant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fonctionnement <\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019Instruction<\/strong> en Famille doit \u00eatre soumise une fois par an au contr\u00f4le p\u00e9dagogique et une fois tous les deux ans au contr\u00f4le social. Ceci dans le cadre du droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et l\u2019apprentissage de l\u2019enfant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Si vous d\u00e9sirez vous lancer dans l\u2019apprentissage en famille, vous devez avant toute chose envoyer une lettre recommand\u00e9e avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception \u00e0 l\u2019inspection acad\u00e9mique dont d\u00e9pend votre ville, au moins 15 jours avant la rentr\u00e9e scolaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Vous devez \u00e9galement envoyer cette m\u00eame lettre recommand\u00e9e avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception \u00e0 la mairie de votre ville, 15 jours au moins avant la rentr\u00e9e scolaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s r\u00e9ception, l\u2019inspection acad\u00e9mique vous fournira l\u2019attestation de d\u00e9claration d\u2019instruction en famille. Ce document vous permettra notamment de vous justifier aupr\u00e8s de vos allocations familiales.<\/p>\n

L\u2019instruction en famille a ses avantages comme ses inconv\u00e9nients. Tout d\u00e9pend du choix de votre enfant<\/strong>. Si cela vient de sa volont\u00e9 de rester en pyjama<\/strong>, il peut tr\u00e8s bien le garder sous ses v\u00eatements<\/strong> !<\/p>\n
